Allocating Licences
Licences must be selected from the Select a license drop-down menu. New licences can be created in the License management page.
Once a licence is selected, the page will display its users. Expired licences will display only one box (containing users that once held the licence), whilst non-expired licences will have two boxes: one on the left containing assigned users, and one on the right containing users that may be assigned a licence.
Users can be moved between boxes using the buttons in between the boxes. If a user has already started using their licence, they will be marked with an asterisk (*) and the licence cannot be removed.
