Licences must be selected from the '''Select a license''' drop-down menu. New licences can be created in the [[License management]] page.
Once a licence is selected, the page will display its users. Expired licences will display only one box (containing users that once held the licence), whilst non-expired licences will have two boxes: one on the left containing assigned users, and one on the right containing users that may be assigned a licence.
Users can be moved between boxes using the buttons in between the boxes. If a user has already started using their licence, they will be marked with an asterisk ('''*''') and the licence cannot be removed.

The User license allocations page allows assigning specific course licences to users within a company. It can be accessed through the IOMAD dashboard:

  1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
  2. Choose the company whose user(s) you'd like to edit from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
  3. Click on the Licenses tab.
  4. Select User license allocations.

Allocating Licences

Licences must be selected from the Select a license drop-down menu. New licences can be created in the License management page.

If a user has already started using their licence, they will be marked with an asterisk (*) and the licence cannot be removed.
