The Manage departments page provides a complete, searchable overview of companies in IOMAD. To view all departments:
- Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
- Click on the Companies tab.
- Select Manage departments.
Actions
- Create department
- Set up a new department within the current selected company. To create a sub-department, you can select the desired parent department from the department picker or from the dropdown. You'll need to provide:
- Parent department (if you haven't already selected this on the previous page) - Set this to be the company name if you want to create a top-level department.
- Full name - Long name of the department.
- Short name - this will be used in dropdown menus and places where space is limited. Must be unique (so ideally a code or acronym).
