The Edit users page displays all users within a company. It can be accessed through the IOMAD dashboard:
- Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
- Choose the company whose user(s) you'd like to edit from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
- Click on the Users tab.
- Select Edit users.
The page shows users' email addresses, role within the company, department within the company, and last access to the site. The User controls column allows a manager ease of access to the following:
- The User's course enrolments;
- The User's course licences;
- Their User report.
You can click on any user to go to their profile.
Note
If you switch on Edit mode you can change the following for users within the table:
- The user's role within the company;
- The department(s) the user is allocated to;
The options for the User controls now also includes:
- 'Re-send user details;
- Delete;
- Suspend;
