Editing/viewing an Email template
To, From, CC, and Reply
The first 9 boxes on the Edit page can deal with the To, From, CC, and Reply of the email.
In each case, there is a user-selector box, and a raw email box called Manual To/From/CC/Reply address. There is also a Manual From name, which allows for the implementation of a custom name not otherwise attached to the email address (e.g. Admin user or Do not reply).
The To boxes do not override the email recipient, but are for sending separate emails in addition to the one sent to the intended recipient (such as an Admin being sent a copy of an email sent out to a user or users).
Subject, Body, Signature
The three boxes in the middle are dedicated to the Subject, Body, and Signature of the email. These may be constructed using HTML.
Certain key words (highlighted in bulk beneath the boxes in blue) are able to be placed between curly brackets ("{" and "}") to be replaced by other terms when the email is sent out. For example, User_FirstName would be replaced by the first name of the user when the email is sent out.
Re-sending Warning Emails
Warning emails can be re-sent by enabling the Email re-send every near the bottom of the page. Warning emails can be sent out Always, Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly.
The number of warning emails sent out is managed by the Email re-send amount box, which can be any natural number.
The Email re-send day box allows the admin to restrict the sending of warning emails to a single day of the week, Monday through Sunday, or place no restriction at all.
