Manage companies
The Manage companies page provides a complete, searchable overview of companies in IOMAD. To view all companies:
- Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
- Click on the Companies tab.
- Select Manage companies.
Company search fields can be used to search by the company name, location and country; and Advanced search fields to filter on any other company attributes (including company code, address and custom fields). To display companies that have been suspended, the Show suspended companies? option must be toggled on. Child companies are listed (indented) below their respective parent companies.
Actions
- Overview
- Fetches the IOMAD company overview report for the selected company.
- Manage company
- Equivalent to the company selector from the IOMAD dashboard.
- Create child company
- Set up a new tenant as a child company of the chosen company. Directs to the Create a company form, auto-filled with the selected company's details as the parent.
- Suspend company
- The company is marked as suspended, and will be hidden from the IOMAD dashboard. All users belonging to the company are suspended.
- Delete company
- This will delete:
- company users
- departments
- licenses
- reporting information
- company courses (provided they are not assigned to any other companies)
- Before deletion can be confirmed, the administrator must agree to a checklist to ensure that a backup of all company data has been downloaded and stored offline. NOTE: There is no way to recover a deleted company!
