Competency frameworks

The Competency frameworks page is where Competency frameworks can be created and managed. It can be accessed through the IOMAD dashboard:

1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
2. Choose the company you'd like to edit from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
3. Click on the Competencies tab.
4. Select Competency frameworks.

A new competency framework can be added with the Add new competency framework buttonThe admin can also explore the Moodle Competency framework repository via the Competency framework repository button.

The Add new competency framework page has a number of fields:

Scales

There are two types of scales: The Default competence scale and the Separate and Connected ways of knowing.

In both cases, the steps in the scale have to be marked as being Default and/or Proficient. The first means ?? and the second refers to ??.
