User login report

The User login report provides an overview of company user login information. It can be accessed through the IOMAD dashboard:

  1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
  2. Choose the company whose user(s) you'd like to edit from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
  3. Click on the Reports tab.
  4. Select User login report.

Report content

If you have the capability the report will initially provide a list of all companies you can manage, with four columns: the company's name; the total number of users in that company; the total number of users in that company that have logged in at least once; and the percentage of users in that company that have logged in at least once.

Near the top of the page, the report allows for filtering by company and/or department.

The top-left of the page also displays the total number of users that exist on the site, as well as the total number and percentage of those users that have logged in at least once.

Clicking or choosing a company will provide a list of all of the users within that company with information on:

  • First name/Last name
  • Company (if you have the capability of managing more than one)
  • Department
  • Email address
  • Date user was created
  • Date user first accessed
  • Date user last accessed
  • Total number of logins

As well as the previous filtering, you can now filter by First and Last name initial, and search based on specific user information.

Export options

The report can be downloaded using the dropdown options at the top of the page. The following formats are available:

  • comma-separated values (.csv)
  • Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx)
  • HTML table (.html)
  • Javascript Object Notation (.json)
  • OpenDocument spreadsheet (.ods)
  • Portable Document Format (.pdf)
