The page is restricted to users with the '''[[Capabilities#Regenerate_stored_user_certificates_for_a_course|Regenerate stored user certificates for a course]]''' [[capability]]. Typically, it only shows companies that the manager is a member of. Admins, as well as authenticated users with the '''[[Capabilities#View_all_companies|View all companies]]''' capability, can see all companies.

;Select a user/course/company : This searchable list allows the user to restrict their selection to a single user, course, and/or company. They can only see companies that they are members of or permitted to view, as well as any child companies of those companies.
;User/Course/Company ID : These fields accept the number IDs of a user, course, or company, allowing the user to restrict their selection accordingly. The Company ID field is not visible to non-admins who lack the '''[[Capabilities#View_all_companies|View all companies]]''' capability.
;Completion from date : This field restricts the selection to all certificates receivde ''after'' the given date.
