Recreate stored certificates

The Recreate stored certificates page allows a company admin or manager to re-generate certificates, allowing them to specify the user(s), course(s), and company or companies. The page can be found by following:

1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
2. Click on the Courses tab.
3. Select Recreate stored certificates.

The page is restricted to users with the Regenerate stored user certificates for a course capability. Typically, it only shows companies that the manager is a member of. Admins, as well as authenticated users with the View all companies capability, can see all companies.

Fields

Select a user/course/company

This searchable list allows the user to restrict their selection to a single user, course, and/or company. They can only see companies that they are members of or permitted to view, as well as any child companies of those companies.

User/Course/Company ID

These fields accept the number IDs of a user, course, or company, allowing the user to restrict their selection accordingly. The Company ID field is not visible to non-admins who lack the View all companies capability.

Completion from date

This field restricts the selection to all certificates receivde after the given date.

Completion to date

This field restricts the selection to all certificates receivde before the given date.
