If you're using the training event activity in your courses, the attendance report by course provides a summary of which users have signed up for training.

Filters

The Course dropdown menu at the top of the page allows you to filter results by course. NB: Only courses that contain at least one training event activity will be listed here.

Training event fields

The report lists each training event present in the selected course identified by the event name, and includes the following information about the teaching location:

  • address
  • city
  • country
  • postcode

Some of the other fields may require a bit more explanation:

isvirtual
This will be equal to 0 if the event is face-to-face, or 1 if virtual. Whether an event is virtual or in-person is set via the teaching location.
description
This is the description of the teaching location (not the description of the event itself!).
ispublic
Equal to 1 if the teaching location is public (i.e. shared between companies, who can all book training events at that location) or 0 if it's private (only bookable by the company who created the location).
