Recreate stored certificates
The Recreate stored certificates page allows a company admin or manager to re-generate certificates, allowing them to specify the user(s), course(s), and company or companies. The page can be found by following:
- Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
- Click on the Courses tab.
- Select Recreate stored certificates.
The page is restricted to users with the Regenerate stored user certificates for a course capability. Typically, it only shows companies that the manager is a member of. Admins, as well as authenticated users with the View all companies capability, can see all companies.
Fields
- Select a user/course/company
- This searchable list allows the user to restrict their selection to a single user, course, and/or company. They can only see companies that they are members of or permitted to view, as well as any child companies of those companies.
- User/Course/Company ID
- These fields accept the number IDs of a user, course, or company, allowing the user to restrict their selection accordingly. The Company ID field is not visible to non-admins who lack the View all companies capability.
- Completion from date
- This field restricts the selection to all certificates receivde after the given date.
- Completion to date
- This field restricts the selection to all certificates receivde before the given date.
