Creating a user

To create a new user:

  1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
  2. Choose the company from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
  3. Click on the Users tab.
  4. Select Create user.
  5. Fill in the fields (see Compulsory fields below).
  6. Click either Submit and create another user or Submit and back to dashboard.

Compulsory fields

The absolute minimum information that you'll need to provide to create a user is:

  • First name - the forename (or first name) of the user.
  • Last name - the surname (or last name) of the user.
  • Email address - the user's email address.

These settings can be updated at any time via the Edit users page.
