From IOMAD Docs

Want a more granular breakdown of who's using what license? The User license allocations report may be what you're looking for.

The license allocation report tracks the activity of licenses over a period of time as a bar graph. To run the report:

  1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
  2. Choose the company you'd like to edit from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
  3. Click on the Reports tab.
  4. Select License allocation report.

Filters

Select a license from the dropdown menu, and add a valid date range using the start and end date options under Date search. The report will return a plot, as well as a table detailing some information about the selected license (the license identifier, maximum number of licenses in the system, the number available for allocation, and the number currently in use by users). You can also view the report by department using the department selector.

The Show chart data link will display a breakdown of the license statistics.
