User enrolments
The User enrolments page is used to manage enrolments for courses within a company. It is designed to easily enrol or unenrol users in bulk, with the option of enrolling by course group. To view this page:
- Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
- Click on the Courses tab.
- Select User enrolments.
Features & Fields
When a course is selected in the Select course to enrol into field, the page will update to show additional fields, as well as two boxes containing users names.
The box on the left lists the users enrolled on the course, and that on the right depicts users who are not. The buttons in the middle (Enrol, Enrol all, Unenrol and Unenrol all) allow exchanging users between the two boxes.
A user's enrolment will update as soon as they are moved from one box to another.
Beneath the two boxes are search fields, allow the admin to look up specific users for enrolment by their full name.
