Assign to company (Courses)

The Assign to company page allows a company admin or manager to assign courses to a company. The page can be found by following:

1. Go to the IOMAD dashboard.
2. Choose the company whose user(s) you'd like to edit from the Select a company dropdown (or use the company selector at the top right of the page).
3. Click on the Courses tab.
4. Select Assign to company.

Assigning Courses to a Company

Assigning any given course to a company is as simple as moving it from the box on the right to the box on the left, using the ◄ Add and Remove ► buttons in the middle.

There are search boxes below each box that allow searching for courses by name.

Existing Enrolments

Adding/removing a course with enrolments will cause those users to be unenrolled, and their data in those courses to be cleared. Courses with "(existing enrolments)" beside their name cannot be added or removed unless the OK to unenroll users box is checked.

Note

The only courses which can be assigned to a company are courses which are not currently assigned to any company or have been set to Closed shared in the Manage_IOMAD_course_settings page.
